08 November 2022Gebhard and Lothar Kübler were able to thank 22 long-standing employees for a total of 410 years of service to the company.
After 2 years of corona-related break, this year's anniversary celebration could take place again in a festive setting in a fine restaurant. The shareholders and managing directors Gebhard and Lothar Kübler cordially invited all jubilarians as well as their partners. Together with the company management and the respective executives, Kübler celebrated with almost 60 guests.
The individual anniversaries ranged from 15 to 35 years with the company. Between the various courses of the menu, the respective superiors and the management paid tribute to the jubilarians with a laudatory speech and personal words and thanked them for their commitment and cooperation over the past decades. Of course, special company gifts could not be missing, which the honorees were very happy about.
Some of the long-standing team members started their careers with an apprenticeship at Kübler and have achieved some impressive careers at Kübler and are now in important specialist and management positions. In fact, the very first trainee celebrated his 35th anniversary at Kübler. Others, on the other hand, are characterized by the fact that they have developed into outstanding specialists in the assembly of products over the years.
"Nowadays, it's not a given that employees work for the same company for so long. For this reason, we are very proud and grateful today," said the two managing partners at the event. Looking back, Gebhard Kübler draws a very positive conclusion: "We not only enjoyed an excellent dinner, but above all had many good conversations with our jubilarians and their partners, who reflected the past and looked to the future. I can really say that the appreciation was reciprocal and we enjoyed an evening in a very good atmosphere and went home with a lot of energy and good feelings."
