The CMSVT38 condition monitoring sensor can be used in a variety of ways for condition monitoring and process data acquisition. Thanks to precise measurement of vibrations and oscillations in three axes, as well as temperatures, it provides reliable data for optimal machine control. It is integrated via an IO-Link interface, which enables seamless transmission of the measurement data to the controller. Alternatively, the sensor offers two flexibly usable PNP/NPN switching outputs in SIO mode, which can be individually parameterised via IO-Link communication. The CMSVT38 can be easily integrated into existing condition monitoring concepts or used as a stand-alone solution - for example in combination with Kübler's signal lights. In addition to condition monitoring, the sensor also enables the recording of process steps.
With the CMSVT38, Kübler is setting new standards for efficiency and flexibility in condition monitoring.
