The RAD78UP radar sensor with PROFINET interface and integrated web server can be used both as a stand-alone sensor and in system solutions. Thanks to the intuitive GUI (Grafical User Interface), the sensor is easy to implement in the application and the associated control concept. A narrow opening angle of just +1.5° (3°) offers maximum focusing. With a measurement rate of 500 Hz, measurements can be taken quickly and accurately to an accuracy of +1 µm. This means that countless applications can be realised, even in the harshest of environmental conditions, using the latest radar technology.
